Peter Sandberg - Temporary Coexistence Fan Submission Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms apply to messages, reflections, stories, photos, audio or videos submitted through the Temporary Coexistence fan submission portal.
The campaign is operated by Zephyr Creative Ltd, 13 Hilbre Road, West Kirby, Wirral CH48 3HA, acting on behalf of Peter Sandberg (“we”, “us” or “our”).
1. Taking part
We invite you to share what Temporary Coexistence of Humans means to you, including your thoughts on the album, its themes and any personal connections you wish to share.
By submitting material (“Content”) and accepting these terms, you give us permission to use it as described below.
Participation is voluntary. This is not a competition, and submitting Content does not entitle you to payment, a prize or any other benefit. You must be at least 18 years old to submit.
Please share only information you are comfortable being made public. Avoid including private details about other people or sensitive personal information, such as information about your health, religious beliefs or sexual life.
2. How we may use your Content
You retain ownership of any rights you hold in your Content.
You grant Peter Sandberg and the organiser a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the duration of copyright to use, copy, edit, adapt, display, publish and distribute your Content in connection with Temporary Coexistence of Humans and promotional activities relating to the album and its themes.
This may include featuring your submission on official websites, newsletters and social media channels, in fan stories, campaign films, digital advertising and other album-related promotional materials.
We may select excerpts, correct spelling, shorten or format written submissions, add captions, and combine Content with music, images or other fan contributions. We will take reasonable care to preserve your intended meaning and will not knowingly present your Content in a misleading or derogatory way.
We may allow Peter Sandberg’s management, agencies, production partners and relevant platform providers to handle and use your Content only as necessary to carry out these activities on our behalf.
We are not obliged to use any submission. You will not receive payment or have a right to approve the finished materials.
3. Attribution and your appearance
You may choose whether your submission is credited using a name or social media username, or published without a credit. We will respect the attribution preference you select, although credit cannot be guaranteed.
If you request no credit, please ensure your submission itself does not identify you. Your face, voice or details within a personal story may still make you recognisable.
If you appear or speak in your Content, you permit us to include your image and voice in the uses described above. We will not publish your email address or other private contact details as part of your credit.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to assert your moral rights solely to prevent the editing or omission of credit expressly permitted by these terms. This does not permit misleading or derogatory treatment of your Content.
4. Your responsibilities
By submitting Content, you confirm that:
- It is your own original contribution, or you have permission to submit it and grant the rights described in these terms.
- You have obtained any permissions required from other people featured or identified in your Content. Where a child is featured or identified, this includes permission from their parent or legal guardian.
- Your Content does not infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy or other rights.
- Your Content does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory or discriminatory material.
- You have not included third-party music, images, recordings or other material unless you have permission for their use as described here.
You do not need to own rights in the album to discuss it or share your personal response to it. Any additional permissions needed for music or other material we add to a published submission are our responsibility.
Submitting Content does not give you ownership of, or additional rights to use, Peter Sandberg’s music, artwork, branding or other intellectual property.
5. Personal information
We process your Content, the details you submit and any associated personal information to administer the campaign, contact you about your submission and carry out the uses described in these terms.
For details of how your personal information is handled, including your data protection rights, please read our Privacy Policy.
Submitting Content does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. Any request to receive marketing emails will be presented separately and will be optional.
6. Removal requests
To ask us to stop using your Content, or to raise a concern about a submission, contact shop@petersandberg.com with enough information for us to identify it.
We will review your request and explain what action we can take. We may be unable to retrieve printed materials already distributed or copies independently shared by others. Nothing in these terms limits your applicable data protection rights, including your right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
7. Managing submissions
We may reject or remove Content that breaches these terms, infringes someone’s rights or is unsuitable for publication. We may also suspend or close the submission portal if necessary.
Any changes to these terms will apply to future submissions. We will not expand the permissions attached to previously submitted Content without obtaining any additional agreement required.
8. Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or affects any rights you have under applicable consumer or data protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
